Our wooden gym rings can be hung from anything that will support your bodyweight. A power rack, timber rafters, and a strong tree branch for example are great ways to find an at home gym ring workout.
We build our rings to International Gymnastics Federation standards, with a 180mm inside diameter and 235mm total diameter with 28mm handles. Our nylon straps are super strong, supporting up to 200kg through each handle for a total user weight of 400kg. With 4.0m of strap length, you'll have plenty of slack to get your rings to the perfect height.
Gymnastic rings are one of the most challenging strength workouts, forcing you to engage your core for stabilisation and huge range of upper body muscles depending on the workout. In particular, gym rings can be great at smashing your chest/triceps with dips, and back/biceps with pull-ups.
